Supervision & Quality Assurance

Effective supervision is a key factor in the success of any assignment. Standard operating procedure for each task will be developed and the supervisor will supervise their field staffs to ensure that the quality of service is met as per the contract requirement and the best need of the clients. The supervisor will also be responsible for inspiring and motivating the team in order to bring the best out of them.

KSS firmly believes that, in order to operate the job smoothly and satisfy the client, it is extremely important that reports are generated on a daily basis. The compiled report on standard reporting formats is then submitted to the operations team as well as the clients on a regular basis; routine of which will be mutually agreed upon.



Fraudulence

Karma Security and Services has established a standard fraud response plan which incorporates guidelines for detecting fraud, investigation, preventing further loss, securing evidences, recovery and reporting. If any of our staff deployed in any institutions are traced with acts that are suspicious and are of fraudulent nature, we advise our clients to secretly report to our security in-charge. The security in-charge in accordance with our fraud response plan proceeds with standards actions outline above. In cases, where loss has occurred already, KSS is committed to recover or compensate that as outlined in the policy.



Grievance Redressal

As a standard practice, we hold regular meetings with our clients at all levels to discuss the security arrangements, reports and problems/issues if any. These meetings also help us in identifying problem areas, which might build up into a threat or risk at a later stage. These periodic meetings are represented by KSS staffs of senior management. The senior management team deems this approach as successful for the clients who take security seriously and we are providing our services to some of the most prestigious clients in Nepal with periodic refinements and management tweaks.
